CA. S. Kanagarasu is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). He holds a Master of Commerce (M.Com.) degree and has earned the Diploma in Information System Audit (DISA) from ICAI in 2021, reflecting his commitment to staying ahead in the digital audit landscape.
He co-founded TSSK & Associates in 2012 and has since led the firm through significant growth, building a team of 15+ professionals across offices in Trichy and Chennai. His client portfolio spans Public Sector Undertakings, PSU Banks, private companies, NGOs, trusts, and high-net-worth individuals.
Kanagarasu is a recognized Independent Director under the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA) and is enrolled in the ID Data Bank since 2022. He passed the Chartered Secretary Executive Programme in 2013, demonstrating his broad professional acumen spanning CA and corporate governance.
In addition to his professional practice, he is a visiting faculty for students of CA, CS, and CMA courses, sharing knowledge and developing the next generation of finance professionals. He holds multiple ICAI certifications in Concurrent Audit, Internal Audit, and is C&AG empanelled for conducting large PSU audits.
